辩护律师执业权利的法律保障研究

辩护律师是我国刑事诉讼程序的重要参与者，对于我刑事诉讼程序的顺利进行以及犯罪嫌疑人、被告人权利的保障都起到了积极的促进作用。但是，辩护律师在执业过程中却面临着各种各样的执业困境，我国当局虽然一直在尽力从各方面维护辩护律师的各项权利，然而对各种执业困境的解决却一直不尽人意。本文从我国现状着手，对辩护律师执业权利的保障进行了探讨和研究。

Abstract: The defense lawyer is an indispensable part of our criminal procedure. It has played a positive role in promoting the smoothness of my criminal procedure and the protection of the criminal suspect and the defendant's rights.
