论我国物业管理纠纷及解决

我国物业管理从 20 世纪 80 年代初开始发展，其发展势头迅猛。随着国民经济的发展和人民生活水平的提高，物业服务以一种专业化、企业化和社会化的模式飞速发展，给许多人的生活带来了重大影响。然而经过调查，许多城市的物业管理仍存在着各种各样难以调和的许多问题。本文通过对当前我国物业管理的不同纠纷的产生原因进行分析，深入探索并寻求最合适的解决对策，以便从根源上解决物业纠纷，促进物业服务行业的发展。

Talk About The Our Country Mroperty Management Disputes And Solve

    ABSTRACT: The development of property management in our country has been developing rapidly since the early 1980s.With the development of national economy and the improvement of people's living standard,he rapid development of property services in a professional, entrepreneurial and social model has brought a significant impact to the lives of many people.However, after investigation, many problems of property management in many cities still exist.This paper analyzes the dispute types and causes of the current property management, and explore and find the most appropriate solution，in order to solve the root causes of property disputes and promote the development of the property management industry.
