在线问答平台用户满意度影响因素研究
本文分析了影响在线问答平台用户满意度的因素，并以信息系统成功模型（IS Success Model）和技术接受模型（TAM）为理论依据构建了在线问答平台用户满意度影响因素模型。设计问卷并运用SPSS软件对所得数据进行实证分析。实证分析表明：感知有用性、服务质量、信息质量和系统质量均对在线问答平台用户满意度有显著影响。

Empirical Analysis on Factors Influencing User’s
Satisfaction in online Q&A community
Abstract: The author analyses the factors influencing user’s satisfaction in Online Question and Answer Community, builds a ” Q&A User Satisfaction model ” based on the D&M IS Success Model and Technology Acceptance Model ,collects data from 235 users and uses SPSS software to validate the model. Empirical Analysis indicates that perceived Usefulness, Service Quality, and System Quality all have a big impact on the user’s satisfaction.
