试论网络诈骗犯罪的预防
当代社会，计算机和互联网技术飞速发展，在给整个人类带来了巨大的福祉的同时，也引起了各种网络犯罪的滋生。计算机网络犯罪渐露端倪并迅速泛滥，使网络成为一种新型的犯罪工具、犯罪场所和犯罪对象，网络诈骗犯罪便是其中的典型。对于诈骗犯罪我国已经积极实施了许多打击手段也取得了相应的成果。但是网络技术日新月异，犯罪手段也不断地翻新，传统的预防措施已经不能完全控制犯罪活动的发生。如何有效遏制网络诈骗犯罪的发生，目前已经成为社会普遍关注和亟待解决的问题。
本文从网络诈骗犯罪的概念及其犯罪构成入手，总结了我国网络诈骗犯罪的几种主要方式，浅显地概括了我国网络诈骗犯罪问题的现状，并从立法、司法、网络安全监管、宣传教育等方面提出了几点预防网络诈骗犯罪的建议。以期达到打击犯罪分子的嚣张气焰，切实保障公众的合法财产权益的目的。
