UCP600下跟单信用证法律问题研究

作为国际贸易中最重要的结算方式——信用证，不仅逐渐突显出了它在交易中所占据的主导地位，并以银行信用取代商业信用更好地诠释着信用证的生命力。在经济发展、国际贸易不断扩大的大背景下，跟单信用证统一惯例不断摒弃自身缺陷。国际商会也为促成国际贸易、满足交易双方以及交易相关人的需求积极努力对跟单信用证统一惯例做出修改，旨在促进国际贸易的发展，规范交易中信用证的实践操作业务，减少交易各方因使用商业规则不统一而产生的纠纷，让信用证在国际交易中被更灵活的运用，规避风险等都具有重要的现实意义。

Legal Study on Doc.Letter of Credit acording to UCP600
Abstract:As the most important way of settlement in international trade,L/c not only gradually highlights its occupy of the leading position in the transaction,but also it’s bank credit insteads of commercial credit,which give a better interpretation of the vitality of it.Under the background of development of economic and expanding of international trade gradually,uniform customs and practice for commercial documentary credits credits constantly abandon its defects. In order to facilitate international trade, as well as transaction-related parties to the transaction to meet the needs of people,the international chamber of commerce active efforts to right with uniform customs and practice to make changes. In standardize trade , the practice of L/c business should reduce disputes of transaction parties that caused by not using business rules uniformly ,which has important practical significance for people to make the L/c be used more flexibly in the international trade and avoid risk and so on.
