中山市计划生育政策执行现状及效果研究

经济是人口存在与发展的基础，它的发展状况制约着人口的发展，而人口作为经济社会中的主体，又从生产和消费两方面直接影响着经济发展的水平和结构。作为人类社会的基础问题之一，人口增长与经济发展的关系长久以来就被激烈地争论着。正确认识人口增长与经济发展的关系和制定适合我国国情的人口政策是协调人口、资源、经济平衡发展的关键。
随着中山市近几年来的社会经济发展的不断加快，如何正确地提出计划生育以及人口管理对应的方针以及怎样才能达到最好的效果，是摆在政府眼前最大也是最关键的问题。本论文对中山市计划生育政策执行现状及效果进行研究，分析其存在的问题，并提出一些相应的建议供参考。
