试论人口老龄化给中国经济与社会发展带来的挑战

 中国是世界上老年人口最多的国家，并已跨入人口老龄型社会。我国的人口老龄化是在综合国力还不够强、经济社会发展各项任务还十分繁重的情况下到来的。了解和掌握我国城乡老年人口动态变化情况及老年人在现代化过程中遇到的新问题，成为我国老龄科研工作的当务之急。21世纪上半叶，是我国实现四个现代化的关键时期，也是人口走向老龄化的特殊时期。“未富先老”的基本国情，使我国养老保障、医疗保障、老年人健康、老年社会服务和社会参与等方面的压力将越来越大，人口老龄化将对经济社会可持续发展产生深刻的影响。对此，必须从人口老龄化与经济、社会、资源可持续发展的战略高度来认识解决人口老龄化问题的重要性。

Study on the challenges of the Chinese economic and social development by the aging of the population

Abstract

  China is the world's most populous nation, and has a population of aged type of society. our population is not yet in overall national strength aging of population , economic and social development of various tasks are very heavy. the arrival of and knowledgeable about our elderly population dynamics of urban and rural areas and in the modernization of our elderly, new problems to be a priority. scientific research work of the 21st century, china's four modernizations, it is also crucial for the population towards aging of population particular period. "the rich first" basic national conditions, our old-age security and medicare security, the elderly health, the social services and community participation in such pressure will be increasingly, economic and social aging of population for the sustainable development of a profound effect.In this connection, we must proceed from population aging of population and the economy, society, resources for sustainable development strategy height to know the importance of the population aging of population.
