高校图书馆绩效评估指标体系的研究

【内容摘要】

高校图书馆绩效评估指标体系的研究为制定一个切实可行的高校图书馆绩效评估指标体系,对该课题的研究状况进行文献调查,综合国内外图书馆界学者的研究成果,确定绩效评估应该包含的各项指标并以此为基础设计问卷,采用专家调查法收集了广东高校20位专家对指标权重的意见,并根据层次分析法原理,计算出各指标的权重,同时采用百分制的形式,给出了各指标的具体评分细则,最终制定了一个涵盖指标、权重与评分细则的指标体系,其中一级指标有6个,二级指标有16个,第三级指标有40个,以期为高校图书馆绩效评估的具体实施提供理论依据,促进高校图书馆绩效评估工作的全面开展,从而为图书馆的改进与发展指明方向。

 ABSTRACT
In order to develop a practical system of university libraries performance indicators,making a survey of the literature about the research project, making a combination of domestic and foreign research results.Also,using the method of expert investigation, collects the views of 20 experts in Guangdong University. According to the principle of AHP as well as expert survey, calculating the weight of each index,at the same time , giving a specific score details for each index. Finally, formulating an index system covering weight and scoring rules,which in cludes 6 level indicators, 16 secondary indicators, 40 indicators of third gra de,just to provide a theoretical basis for the  implementation of the university library performance evaluation, thus, pointing out the direction for the improve ment and development of library.
