高校图书馆网络互动服务的现状与发展策略分析

现代信息技术的发展带给了我们一个崭新的网络环境。网络环境下的图书馆改变了传统的图书馆模式。多媒体技术和网络技术日益成熟,电子信息资源随之蓬勃发展,读者越来越依赖于网络获取信息。图书馆原有的服务方式受到挑战,图书馆读者服务的互动形式也发生了深刻的变化。高校图书馆必须跟上时代节奏,新型的、网络化的信息服务和互动模式,将成为今后高校图书馆服务的主流。能否提供有效、便捷、及时的互动服务,将影响高校师生对图书馆的满意程度,成为评价图书馆服务的一大指标,因此有必要就高校图书馆的网络互动服务进行专题探究。本文通过抽样,从四个维度——咨询服务、个性化服务、读者反馈以及网络活动,通过网络调查了国内重点大学、2A大学、2B院校共24所图书馆,以及香港、澳门和台湾的6所高校图书馆,了解它们开展的网络互动服务的情况,以此分析国内高校图书馆网络服务的现状,指出存在问题,探讨影响网络互动的障碍,同时为各高校图书馆更好地进行网络互动服务出谋献策。

ABSTRACT
The development of modern information technology brings us the new network environment. The network environment subvert the old traditional library model to the modern library. With the multimedia technology and network technology becoming more and more sophisticated, electronic information resources boom, the reader is more and more dependent to acquire information on network.The library original service way challeng, the interactive form of library reader services, have taken place profoundly. University libraries have to keep up with the rhythm, the new and networked information services and interactive pattern, will become the mainstream of library services in the future. Whether university libraries can provide effective、convenient and timely interactive services or not, will affect the satisfaction of the college teachers and students, at the same time, become a major indicator of library service evaluation, so it is necessary for us to explore the university library network interactive service as a project. By sampling from the four dimensions - advisory services, personalized service, reader feedback and network activity, the author investigate the library of the domestic key universities、2A University、2B institutions, a total of twenty-four libraries, and six libraries in Hong Kong、Macao and Taiwan on internet, to understand how their networks interactive services is carring out, as a means of analysis of domestic status of library network services, pointing out the problems, and discuss the barriers of network interaction, as well as ,the author hopes to give some advice about the university library how to provide better network interaction services.
