中小企业信息系统运行维护的关键要素分析及策略研究

随着经济的发展，时代的进步，信息化已经成为了国家经济和社会发展的重要指标。我国的中小企业也陆陆续续走上了信息化的道路。目前大部分中小企业信息化过程中有重视开发设计，轻视运行维护的现象。为了帮助中小企业的信息系统保持更好的运行状态，最大程度发挥其作用，为企业管理决策提供更好的服务，从而提高中小企业的效益，并提高企业信息化水平。作者对中小企业信息系统运行维护的关键要素以及策略进行了分析研究。作者对现有的信息系统运行维护的相关文献进行了收集、汇总和分析。根据中小企业的特点从人员和非人员两方面进行了系统运行维护的关键要素分析，并分别对其策略进行了研究。

Abstract
 Nowadays, informationization becomes an important index of national economic and social development. More and more Small and Medium Enterprises(SMEs) in China pay attention to informationization ,and take action for it. There is a normal situation that most of the SMEs think a lot of the development instead of the running and maintance of the Business Information System. This research intends to find out what critical factors are and how the SMEs should manage these factors in order to make a better running and maintance of the BIS. The author analyse two aspects of the running and maintance : the human-related factors and the inhuman-related factors. And then this research continues to discuss the strategies of controlling and managing these significant factors.
