媒体报道中的新闻侵权与法律规制研究

当今新闻侵权问题愈演愈烈，然而我国并未出台《新闻法》，对新闻侵权也未有明确的定义，同时精神损害赔偿缺乏可操作性等问题。因此本文在充分研究新闻侵权的基础上，对我国新闻侵权问题的现状进行分析，从而提出我的建议和看法，以更好的促进新闻侵权案件的解决，促进新闻媒体业的健康发展。

 Research on news infringement and legal regulation in media reports
Abstract：Nowadays, the problem of news infringement is becoming more and more serious. However, our country has not promulgated the news law, nor has the definition of news infringement clearly defined. At the same time, the lack of operational compensation for mental damage is also a problem. Therefore, based on the study of news infringement based on the status quo of China news infringement analysis, and put forward my views and suggestions, in order to better promote the solution of news infringement cases, and promote the healthy development of the media industry.
