上海居民住户特征影响其购房意愿的情形分析研究

本研究依据现有的对房地产的研究资料，基于这些资料整理相关的研究文献，提出合理假设，基于这些假设，分解问卷的问项，进而形成调查问卷，选取合适被式，运用问卷调查法收集数据，借助于SPSS20.0进行多项有序回归分析，从而得出研究结论，结论的形成对政府制定、引导有关房产政策的出台，以及对房地产开发企业的经营决策实施、居民购房意愿的形成具有现实意义。

An Analysis Of the Characteristics Of Shanghai Residents' Influence On Their Purchase Intention
Abstract：On the basis of the existing real estate research data, the relevant research literature to sort out these data based on some reasonable hypotheses, based on these assumptions, the decomposition of questionnaire results, and then form the questionnaire, select the appropriate type is, by using the method of questionnaire survey to collect data, with the help of SPSS20.0 multinomial ordinal regression analysis, to draw on the research conclusion the conclusion, on the formation of the government to develop, guide the related real estate policies, as well as the real estate development enterprise management decision and implementation, the residents of the purchase will form a practical significance.
