【摘要】

兽药企业产品销售的策略研究

面对我国畜牧业从小农经济散养模式向集团化、规模化转型,动物疾病的治疗和预防越来越受到重视。在养殖过程中抗生素滥用导致动物产品药物残留十分严重,对人们食品安全构成威胁,而使用毒副作用小、药物残留少的中兽药是解决动物性食品安全问题得有效手段,因此中兽药在市场上逐渐受到青睐。中医中药是我国优秀传统文化的组成部分,促进中兽药发展,不仅对中兽药企业发展提供了机会,也发扬了我国优秀文化传统。本文通过对W集团中兽药事业部营销现状地研究,得出中兽药企业要赢取市场认可,必须优化市场营销策略,紧跟养殖行业地转型机遇,发挥企业自身与中兽药优势,在产品研发与销售渠道上不断创新树立企业品牌。

In this paper, through the research on the current situation of the veterinary drug industry in the W group, it is concluded that the veterinary drug enterprises should Win the market recognition and must optimize the marketing strategy, folloW the transformation opportunity of the aquaculture industry, play the advantages of the enterprise itself and the veterinary medicine, And sales channels on the continuous innovation to establish corporate brand.
