会展企业现场管理策略研究

会展现场管理是指包括会议、展览及节事活动在内的全部有形场所和基础设施,以及相关无形要素在现场的集合,如展览中的接待和布展参观及后期撤展评估等。会展企业围绕会展活动展开的一系列管理与服务力求展会效益的最大化。本文围绕会展活动的基本流程中的前中后三个阶段对会展企业所做的现场服务管理工作并结合案例解读对会展现场管理进行分析,并提出一些会展现场管理中的实际可行性措施,进一步完善会展现场管理以提高展会质量,宣传展会形象,增加效益等。为我国会展业增砖添瓦,用心做好每件事,做专业的会展,成为专业的会展人。

ABSTRACT
Exhibition site management refers to the conference, exhibition and festival activities included all of the tangible venues and infrastructure, as well as a collection of related intangible elements in the scene, such as exhibition in the reception and arrangement of the exhibition and the evaluation of the late move-in, etc. Convention and exhibition enterprise around the convention and exhibition activities launched a series of management and services to maximize the benefit of the exhibition. This article around the basic process of convention and exhibition activities in the first three stages after on-site service to the convention and exhibition enterprise do management work interpretation and combined with case analysis of the exhibition site management, and puts forward some practical feasible measures in the exhibition site management, further improve the exhibition site management to improve the quality of the exhibition, publicity and exhibition image, increase efficiency, etc. For China's exhibition industry to add brick add tile, attentively complete each matter, to do professional exhibition, become a professional exhibition
