电子商务模式下企业组织结构研究


  伴随着互联网现代信息化通信技术的日益壮大,特别是以电子商务技术发展的产物在不断增多。由于现代信息通信技术的发展进步,企业的竞争压力不断增大生存空间愈加狭小,企业的生存环境发生了剧烈的变化;单一化的管理方式对于企业的约束愈加繁多,多元化的管理方式逐渐增多,很多新元素的管理方式逐渐盛行发展;企业的生存环境从有型空间市场转变虚拟空间市场,并在虚拟空间市场占据了绝对的主导地位。电子商务企业组织作为一种新型的组织形式,是企业在现代电子商务环境下适应快速变化、错综复杂的电子商务市场需求的必要需求;实质是为应对快速多元化的市场环境,不同企业的实体通过相互合作、协调、优化、整合企业的内外部市场流程,共同分享商业价值,实现资源共享,从而在电子商务市场大环境的竞争中赢得竞争优势。网络诞生于20世纪90年代之后,它的历史发展很短,研究还不是很充分,正处于发展中阶段。截至目前,有关电子商务的企业组织研究大多的还是以概念意义、描述意义、框架结构为主的定性研究,在定量的方法运用中研究不是很多。本文在对定量研究对电子商务环境下企业组织模式中协调管理方式加以详叙,提出了企业组织运行模式风险的控制,具有相对的理论和应用实践管理价值对现代电子商务环境下企业发展和运作管理提供理论概念指导。本文围绕,文中重点介绍互联网的框架和协同性管理进行了深入的研究

ABSTRACT
With the Internet, modern information, communications technology growing, especially in e-commerce technology development products are increasing. The development of modern information communication technology, the increasing pressure of competition in the living space more and more narrow, has changed the living environment of the enterprise; the single management modes for the business constraints intensified, diversified management mode gradually increased, many new elements management mode gradually popular development; the living environment of the enterprise from the type of space changes in the market of virtual market space, and occupy a dominant position in the virtual market space. The electronic commerce enterprise organization as a kind of new organization form, enterprise is necessary to adapt to rapid changes, choice of e-commerce market demand perplexing the e-commerce environment in the modern; essence is to cope with the rapid diversification of market environment, enterprises of different entities through mutual cooperation and coordination, optimization and integration of the internal and external market process. Share business value, achieve the sharing of resources, so as to win the competitive advantage in e-commerce market environment of competition. After the birth of the network in 1990s, its historical development is very short, the research is not very full, and it is in the developing stage. Up to now, most of the research on enterprise organization of e-commerce is based on qualitative research of conceptual meaning, descriptive meaning and frame structure. Based on the quantitative study on the structure characteristics of coordination management mode of enterprise organization model under the e-commerce environment in the details of Syria, put forward the risk control mode of enterprise organization, has the relative theory and practice value for the development of modern enterprise management under the e-commerce environment and provide a theoretical guide of the concept of operation and management. This paper focuses on the Internet Framework and collaborative management in-depth research
