英语演讲与辩论在英语口译教学中的应用 本文通过对英语专业学习者进行问卷调查，探讨了在英语口译教学中出现的一些问题，指出英语演讲与辩论课程对口译有很大的帮助。通过比较英语演讲、英语辩论和英语口译，笔者发现这三者的过程和能力要求都有很多相似之处。研究三者的相似性为演讲与辩论应用在口译教学中提供了理论依据。笔者尝试将英语演讲和辩论融入口译课堂，探讨出了新的口译教学模式。

The Application of English Speech and Debate in English Interpreting Teaching
Abstract： Based on the results of the survey on English majors, the thesis illustrates problems in English interpreting teaching thereby pointing out that English speech and debate is beneficial to English interpreting. By comparing English speech, English debate and English interpreting, the thesis argues that they have similar processes and requirements on capacities, which provides theoretical references for applying English speech and debate to English interpreting teaching. Finally, the author attempts to put forward a new teaching model for English interpreting teaching.
