济南市文化创意产业发展研究

文化创意产业，作为创造财富的新模式，具有文化密集、高附加值、高整合性等特点，对提升我国产业发展的水平、转变经济增长方式、优化产业结构具有重要作用。近年来，发展文化创意产业已被越来越多的国家和地区所重视，成为国与国、城市与城市之间新一轮竞争的焦点。济南作为山东省的省会城市，虽然也将发展文化创意产业提上日程，但步伐还是相对较慢，文化创意产业亟待发展。本文从产业经济学的角度，运用比较方法与分类方法、数量化分析法等方法，充分挖掘济南市发展文化创意产业的资源，分析济南市发展文化产业的优势和劣势，并提出合理化的建议，力图利用济南市的文化资源与创意创造出更大的经济效益，为济南市的发展尽一份绵薄之力。

ABSTRACT
Cultural creative industry, as a new mode for creating wealth, has a combination of intensive cultural, high value and integration. It has an important role in promoting the level of our industry, changing the mode of economic increasing and optimizes the structure. In recent years, the development of cultural and creative industry has been paid attention to by more and more countries and regions, which has formed a new competition among countries and cities. As the capital city of Shandong Province, Jinan has followed this trend. However, the development of culture creative industry of Jinan is insufficient. From the perspective of the industrial economics, this article uses comparative method and classification method, quantitative analysis method and so on. It explores relative resources of developing Jinan cultural creative industries, analysis its advantages and disadvantages, and puts forward the rationalization proposal. The goal of this article is trying to transform the culture resources of Jinan and the creativity into greater economic benefits, making some contributions for the development of Jinan.
