济南市农村特色产业发展分析
发展农村特色产业是促进农村发展、农业增效、农民增收的主要途径。目前，随着生活水平的提高，消费者对农产品及服务形成了特色方面的潜在需求，同时入世给中国农业带来的竞争压力不容忽视。近些年来，济南市农村已经初步形成了一些极具区域特色的主导产业，但是特色农业的发展规模、品牌建设等诸多方面有待进一步完善。本文采用了理论分析与实证分析相结合的研究方法，在查阅大量相关文献的基础上，选取济南市农村各区域进行实地调查和走访。分析调查结果，总结济南市农村特色产业发展过程中存在的问题，主要表现为发展规模小、特色农业初级化、项目单一、缺乏经验等几个方面。本研究在综合考虑济南市农村现有资源的基础上，提出了适合本区域农村特色产业的发展思路。通过对济南市农村特色产业发展系统理论的构建，结合发展现状和资源条件，提出适合本区域发展农村特色产业的对策建议。

ABSTRACT
The development of rural characteristic industry is the main route to promote rural development, agricultural synergism, farmer to add. At present, with the improvement of living standards, consumers have formed characteristics aspect potential demand about agricultural products and services, at the same time the WTO bring to Chinese agriculture competition pressure can not be ignored. In recent years, the rural areas in Ji'nan City has initially formed a regional dominant industry, but the development of characteristic agriculture scale, brand construction and so on many aspects to be further improved. In this paper, a theoretical analysis and empirical analysis of a combination of research methods, in a great deal of on the basis of relevant literature, select Ji'nan city rural area investigation and visit. Analysis of the results of the investigation, summed up Ji'nan city rural characteristic industry the existing problems in the development process, main show is the development of small scale, characteristic agriculture is primary change, single project, lack of experience and so on several aspects. development, production and sales is not sufficient funds from several aspects. This study considered in rural areas of Ji'nan City, on the basis of existing resources, puts forward to development train of thought which suit this area. Through to the Ji'nan city rural characteristic industry development system theory, combined with the development status and resource condition, put forward for the regional development of rural characteristic industry countermeasures.
