兖州市水资源利用与环境问题研究

随着现代社会城市化和工业化进程的不断加快，水资源利用与环境问题越来越突出，甚至已成为制约经济和社会进一步发展的瓶颈。全国许多城市都不同程度地出现了水资源利用与环境问题，如北京、上海等，解决水资源利用与环境问题刻不容缓。本文通过分析兖州市水资源利用的现状，针对在此过程中出现的问题，主要是水短缺、水污染和水浪费和水管理问题，运用区域经济学和资源与环境经济学的知识，采取分析数据和比较研究的方法，综合分析，理论与实践相结合，提出了解决水资源利用与环境问题的建议：控制人口数量；调整产业结构；保护地下水资源；保护生态环境，治理水污染；提高水资源利用效率和市民的节水意识；完善水资源管理等，以实现兖州市水资源的可持续利用。同时也希望这些建议能够为其他城市解决水资源利用问题、实现可持续发展提供帮助。

ABSTRACT
As the process of urbanization and industrialization of modern society continues to   accelerate, water resources and environmental problems are becoming more and more prominent, they have even become a bottleneck restricting further economic and social development. Many cities throughout the country such as Beijing, Shanghai and so on  have various degrees of these issues to solve with no delay. The aim of this paper is to solve the problems appear in the process of water use including the water shortage problem, the water pollution problem, the water waste problem and the problem of water management through the analysis of the present situation of water resources in Yanzhou City. The knowledge of regional economics and resource and environmental economics is used in this paper. In the end, the paper put forward proposals to solve water resource and environmental issues though analyze and compare the data comprehensively and take theory into practice: control the growth of population; adjust the industrial structure; protect the groundwater resources; protect the ecological environment and deal with water pollution; improve the efficiency of the use of water resources and the public's awareness of water conservation; improve the management of water resources, etc., in this way to realize the sustainable utilization of water resources in Yanzhou City. At the same time other cities can learn from these suggestions to solve the problems of water resources and realize the sustainable development.
