人大代表联系群众制度研究

本文从“人大代表制度”这一理论背景出发，概括总结联络群众制度的内涵，指出目前我国人大代表联系群众制度实际操作性不强、联系群众监督罢免机制不完善、保障制度薄弱等问题。采用理论联系实际的研究方法，根据相关法律制度、学术文献，同时借鉴国内外学者研究成果，积极学习优秀改革经验，在原有研究成果的基础上，提出创新性解决对策。文章旨在人大代表制度的前提下，为解决我国人大代表联系群众制度存在的实际问题，进行了规范与实践的双重考量，并提供参考性建议。
