中欧贸易摩擦及法律对策

本文主要讨论中欧贸易摩擦产生的原因，以及从中分析得出减少中欧贸易摩擦的可行对策。中国处于经济发展的机遇期，同时也是新一轮的挑战期。但同时,我国也成为牵扯到反倾销诉讼案件最多的国家。中国和欧盟之间的经济贸易的关系一直受中欧之间贸易纠纷的影响，而中欧双边经贸关系的发展影响着全球经济的繁荣和发展，特别是近年来的金融危机，欧盟在进口产品方面的要求更加苛刻，其实施保护主义经济政策的复苏给中欧贸易的正常发展造成严重的阻碍，妥善处理和改进中欧贸易关系的不谐，不仅可以改进中欧两大经济体的关系，还可以使得两大经济体都能从中获取利益。

China EU trade friction and Its Legal Countermeasures
    Abstract: This article focuses on the causes of trade friction, and reduce trade friction analysis draw a feasible countermeasures. Since joining the WTO, China is in economic development opportunity, is also the challenge of the new period. But at the same time, our country has become the most populous countries involved in the anti-dumping lawsuits. Economic and trade relationship between China and the EU have been influenced by central Europe trade disputes between, and the development of our bilateral trade and economic relations affect the prosperity and development of the global economy, especially in recent years, the financial crisis, the European Union is more demanding in terms of imported products, the recovery in the use of protectionism and economic policies to seriously hinder the normal development of China-EU trade, properly handle and improve the dissonance of China-EU trade relations, not only can improve the relationship between the two big economies in central Europe, also can make the two largest economies can obtain benefits.
