影响社会组织公信力的因素分析

改革开放以来，我国社会组织有了突飞猛进的发展，不仅是社会组织的类型增多，且规模和数量也呈现出不断增加的趋势，社会组织在社会的运行中起到了日益重要的作用，但社会组织的公信力存在着严重的问题，而社会组织的公信力对于社会组织乃至整个社会来说都尤为重要，虽然有些社会组织已经开始着重注意影响其公信力的因素，但大部分社会组织仍未对影响其公信力的因素进行透彻的分析，因此其发展严重受阻。本文首先分析了我国社会组织公信力的现状，并提到了社会组织公信力对于组织乃至整个社会的重要性，切实的运用了文献法，翻阅较新文献并归纳总结出结论，同时也运用了发放问卷并回收有效问卷进行分析总结，以及对社会各界人士进行访谈的调查方法，一一分析出影响社会组织公信力的因素，其中包括主观因素以及客观因素。而其中主观因素主要包括社会组织与政府的关系、社会组织信息公开程度、社会组织自身的组织文化与理念等。客观因素包括是否有完善的监督体制、媒体的作用、我国的国情等。本文还对各个因素进行了详细分析，希望能进一步找出影响社会组织公信力的因素，以便通过相应对策缓解我国社会组织公信力严重缺失的状况，希望对社会组织的健康发展起到一定的作用。

Analysis of the factors that affect the accountability of the social organization

Abstract

Since the reform and opening up, the social organizations in our country have make a spurt of progress of development, is not only the types of social organizations to increase, and the size and the number is increasing, the social organization plays a more and more important role in the social operation, social organization's credibility but there are serious problems, and social organization. The credibility of the social organizations and even the whole society is particularly important, although some social organizations have begun to pay attention to the influence factors of the credibility of the analysis, but most of the social organization is not the influence factors of its credibility in thorough, so the development of serious disruption. This paper first analyzes the present situation of the credibility of China's social organizations, social organizations and referred to the importance to the credibility of the organization and the whole society, and uses the method of literature, through the new literatures and summarized the conclusion, but also the use of questionnaires and recycling effective questionnaire were analyzed and summarized, and interviews with the social from all walks of life people survey method, one factor affecting the credibility of analysis of social organizations, including the subjective factors and objective factors. The subjective factors include social organizations, social organizations and the relationship between the government information disclosure, social organizations of their own culture and philosophy. The objective factors include whether the supervision system, perfect the role of the media, the situation of our country. This paper also gives a detailed analysis of the various factors, hoping to find out the influencing factors of social organization of credibility, so that the corresponding countermeasures to alleviate the serious lack of credibility of Chinese social organizations, to the healthy development of the social organizations play a role.
