对城市公共空间的构建分析——以中山市区为例

改革开发以来，社会经济高速发展，城市化进程不断加剧，全国各地城市建设不断发展起来，人们对城市公共空间的需求日益增长，以及对城市公共空间的构建要求也越来越高。一个城市的公共空间环境的好坏直接影响人们生活水平和质量，影响一个城市发展的综合实力。中山市的城市公共空间构建虽然取得长足的进步，但是仍缺乏一个系统的研究，城市公共空间系统的规划较现代社会发展阶段还是一个薄弱的环节。论文以此为出发点，先从城市公共空间的概念出发，界定了所要研究的城市公共空间的范围和主体是广场型的公共空间，叙述了中山市城市公共空间现状和使用情况，分析中山市在构建城市公共空间存在的一些问题，例如市区公共空间供给不平衡，中心多外围少，面积过大而单一；建设风格千篇一律，缺乏个性；设施设计缺乏以人为本的观念，实用性差；系统化，与周边建筑连续性差等问题。由此针对性地从规划、决策、管理几个方面提出完善城市公共空间系统构建的建议，为中山市构建和谐的宜居性城市巩固坚实的步伐。

Analysis on the construction of urban public space-- Taking Zhongshan city as an example

Abstract

Since the reform and opening, with the rapid development of social economy, and the process of the growing city, city construction throughout the country continues to develop; people's demand on the urban public space is growing, as well as the construction requirements are also getting higher and higher to the urban public space. The environment of public space of a city has a direct impact on the level and quality of life of people, and the development of comprehensive strength of a city. Urban public space construction in Zhongshan has achieved great progress, but there is still lack of a systematic research, planning of urban public space system is the stage of development of modern society is still a weak link. Which the thesis regards as the starting point, firstly writes from the concept of urban public space, then defines the scope of this article to study and the main square of public space, and describes the status and usage of urban public space in Zhongshan, analysis some problems in constructing urban public space of
Zhongshan City. For example, firstly, urban public space supply imbalance, because they located in central area more than those in periphery, and it is too large and single; secondly, the construction style, following the same pattern, is lack of personality；thirdly，the design of the facilities are lack of the concept of people-oriented, as well as practicality is bad; lastly, the problem of system and the continuity of surrounding buildings and so on. In order to perfect the construction of city public space system, decision making, and several suggestions from the management, for the city of Zhongshan to build a harmonious livable city to consolidate a solid foundation.
