【摘要】

跨文化交际下的中西方饮食文化比较


本文以跨文化交际为背景,讨论跨文化交际下中西方饮食文化的差异。论文首先简要概述了前人有关跨文化交际背景下中西方饮食文化的差异的研究现状和存在的问题。随后,介绍了中西方饮食文化的渊源,从而揭示了中西方饮食文化差异的原因,并分别从不同的饮食理念、饮食结构、餐桌礼仪和上菜顺序几个角度对差异之处进行了描述。之后,文章纵观了近年来中西方饮食文化的发展,对中西方饮食的碰撞与融合做以总结,并对其未来发展做出了展望。作者认为,了解跨文化交际的发展,仔细研究中西方饮食文化的差异,了解彼此的餐桌文化,有助于在同西方国家进行交流时避免因双方文化差异引发的尴尬局面,从而促进中国和西方国家文化上乃至经济上的密切交往,同时,还有利于中国吸收西方国家饮食的精髓,丰富和发展本国饮食文化。

Abstract
The paper discusses the differences between Chinese and Western food cultures from the perspective of cross-cultural communication, in which there exist cultural differences, different philosophies and mode of thinking between Chinese and Western culture. First, it gives general introduction to relative conceptions, such as food culture, cross-cultural communication and the relationship between the two. Based on the survey of this issue in recent years, it summarizes the collision and fusion of this Chinese and western food culture, and looks ahead its future development. To understand the development of cross-cultural communication and carefully study the differences between Chinese and Western food cultures is important for us to avoid some embarrassing situations in the further communications with foreigners and to promote the close relationship between China and western countries in the field of culture and economy. Meanwhile, it helps us absorb the essence of Western food culture, enrich and develop our own food culture.
