新生代农民工在城市化进程中遇到的经济问题及解决对策
由于我国经济的快速发展和城市化进程的不断推进，农民工内部出现了代际的更替，老一代农民工逐渐退出历史舞台，新生代农民开始成为农民工群体的主力，在经济建设中发挥越来越大的影响。结合新生代农民工的形成背景，笔者以合江县的农村新生代农民工为例进行了调查分析，得出他们具有文化水平较高、非农化明显、发展潜力大、心理承受能力差等特点，正因如此，也导致了他们在城市化进程中面临到收入水平低、消费结构不合理等经济问题，针对这些问题，政府和社会各界应采取一些相应的措施，以便进一步改善农村新生代农民工的生活条件和工作环境。

Abstract: Due to the rapid development of our economy and the advancement of urbanization, rural migrant workers within the generational change, the older generation of migrant workers gradually withdrew from the historical stage, and began to become migrant workers, new generation farmers play a growing influence in economic construction. Combined with background of the formation of a new generation of migrant workers, the author in hejiang city new generation migrant workers in rural areas as an example to carry on the investigation and analysis, this paper concludes that they have a higher cultural level, non-agricultural obviously, development potential is big, poor psychological bearing capacity characteristics, because of this, also caused the they faced in the urbanization process to low income level and consumption structure is not reasonable, economic problems, to solve these problems, the government and the social from all walks of life should take some corresponding measures, so as to further improve the living conditions of rural new generation migrant workers and working environment.
