探究农村留守儿童家庭教育缺失的主要问题及对策—以广安市武胜县礼安中学为例


 农村留守儿童的家庭教育问题是新时期我国农村教育出现的新问题。随着改革开放的发展,我国农村大多数青壮年劳动力外出务工,由于父母亲长期外出务工,正常的家庭教育活动无法展开,家庭教育面临着严重的缺失,同时也出现了许多问题。本文以广安市武胜县礼安中学为例,在调查留守儿童家庭教育现状的基础上,认真剖析了农村留守儿童在心理人格、人身安全、学习状况及道德品质等方面突显的一系列问题及其成因。从家庭方面提出改变父母和监护人的家庭教育观念,提高家庭教育质量和结束留守状态,从学校方面提出发挥教育优势加强心理辅导、代理家长制及职工结对帮扶,从社会方面提出社会组织与政府共同努力这三个渠道给出对策性建议。

Abstract
  Rural left-behind children family education problem is the new period of our country's rural education new problems. Along with the development of reform and opening up,most young rural labor force to egress for work,due to long-term parents go out to be workers, normal family education activities can not be developed, family education faces serious loss, but also a lot of problems have arisen.Based on the WuSheng county rite Ann middle school as an example, survey left-behind children in family education, on the basis of current situation seriously analyzed the rural left-behind children in psychological personality, personal safety, the study status and moral quality and so on a series of highlights the problems and causes.From family puts forward change parents and guardians family education concepts, improve family education quality and end left-behind state, from the school puts forward education play advantage to strengthen psychological counseling, agency patriarchal system and the custom staff supporting, from the society puts forward social organization and the government work together the three channels Suggestions are given.
