高中英语教师在课堂教学中的角色研究

随着交际英语教学法引进中国的语言教学课堂，教师在语言教学中的角色发生了巨大的变化。在传统的语言教学过程中，教师的角色被过度的夸大，其结果是学生没有足够的时间训练，培养语言应用能力。本文从多视角介绍交际教学理论及实践，介绍了教师在语言教学中所应充当的角色，比如组织者，评估者，参与者及控制者等。在语言教学过程中，建立新型师生关系有着十分重要的意义，能够激发学习积极性，减少学习者焦虑的产生。论文还介绍了一些实用的交际教学活动，增加课堂教学的真实性，强调培养学习者的学习主动性，同时也提出一些培养学习主动性的方法。

On the Teacher’s Roles in ELT Class in High School
 
Abstract: Teachers always try to find more effective ways of working, usually adopting some kind of approach or method. This paper involves English language teaching and learning. The ultimate goal of English Language Teaching (ELT)is to train students to acquire the ability to communicate in English. It’s generally agreed that good teaching is good communication between teachers and students and also among students, and the best efficiency in ELT comes from effective cooperation between the teacher and the students.
