小米营销策略分析


随着中国消费水平的不断提高,科技的不断进步,人们对智能手机的需求不断提高,中国的智能手机产业不断发展壮大,同时,竞争也随之日趋激烈。作为国内手机行业的后起之秀,小米以其独特的营销策略稳居行业前列。本文首先介绍了研究的背景,分析了目前的研究现状以及发展趋势、研究的意义以及目的,然后分别从产品策略,价格策略,促销策略以及渠道策略这四大营销组合策略分析小米的营销现状,从中找出小米发展中的问题,最后针对不同的问题提出相应的建议以促进小米的营销。

XIAOMI Marketing Strategy Analysis

Abstract:With the development of technology and increasing of living standard,people need more advanced smart phone, the mobile phone industry in China have become more and more flourishing, but the competition is more fierce. As one of the successful mobile phone manufacture. Relying on its formidable brand, the advanced management, the remarkable marketing, XIAOMI has become the new home head of the profession.  This article mainly divides into four chapters. The first chapter is the research background, literature summary and the purpose of the research. Then I analysis the marketing strategy by the tool of 4P(price, product, promotion and place). At last, I summarized the problems in the whole marketing strategy and give my own suggestions to promote the marketing of XIAOMI.
