【摘要】

中加消费者行为差异研究

消费者行为是指消费者为索取、使用、处置消费物品所采取的各种行动以及先于且决定这些行动的决策过程,甚至包括消费收入的取得等一系列复杂的过程。在全球化的背景下,掌握消费者行为的变化规律,解决文化地域的差异所带来的影响以及制定相关营销策略,已经成为企业能否取得成功的关键因素。本文通过研究分析加拿大消费者行为与中国消费者行为,归纳总结两国消费者存在的差异,造成这些差异的原因,并针对两国不同的消费者行为提出了相应的营销策略和建议。

The Study Of Differences Between
Chinese And Canadian Consumers’ Behavior
Abstract: Consumer behavior is the consumer to obtain, use, dispose of consumer goods as well as actions taken before the decision making process in these actions, and even including the obtaining of consumer income, such as a series of complex processes. In the context of globalization, master variation in consumer behavior, addressing the impact of cultural differences and geographical brought the development of relevant marketing strategy, has become a key factor in the success. Through research and analysis of consumer behavior and the Chinese Canadian consumer behavior, consumers have summarized the differences between the two countries, the causes of these differences, and consumer behavior for the two different proposed the corresponding marketing strategies and recommendations.
