小学生情绪表达技巧的训练策略

随着当代小学心理课程的开设,研究者开始关注学生心理发展情况,同时也渐渐发现问题的存在。小学生控制自己情绪的能力还很弱,情绪带有很多成分的不稳定性。假如说一名学生很用功在学生,自己的努力没有回报,他就会产生挫折感,不良情绪就会发生。有时候比较兴奋,有时候又比较忧郁。据相关的数据表明。学生的情绪对健康人格发展有着重要的影响。所以本文论认为,在教育的过程中。培养学生养成良好的情绪状态对学生的成长具有至关重要的作用。
为了学生掌握这些情绪表达的技巧,本应用设计成具体的心理课,本以三年级全体学生为例,通过《做情绪的小主人》教学设计落实到课堂中,小学生对不恰当情绪表达进行认识以及如何正确表达情绪进行训练。研究主要采用问卷调查和行动研究法方法,从一节心理课程《做情绪的小主人》方面入手,对三年级学生进行情绪表达的训练。希望通过这些引导策略,使学生能掌握情绪表达技巧教学目标。

Abstract: With the beginning of the psychology curriculum in primary schools, people began to pay attention to the psychological development of students and gradually discovered the existence of problems. The mood of elementary school students is still very unstable, and their ability to control their emotions is still weak. Assuming that a student’s academic performance is not good, he may experience some frustration. Sometimes more excited, sometimes more depressed. According to relevant data shows. The students' emotions have an important influence on the development of healthy personality. So this article thinks that in the process of education. To cultivate students, healthy personality growth plays a vital role.For the students to master these emotional expression skills, this application is designed as a specific psychological class. This example uses all the students in the third grade as examples. The teaching design of “Little Master of Emotions” is implemented in the classroom. The pupils understand the inappropriate expression of emotions. And how to correctly express emotions for training. The study mainly used questionnaire surveys and action research methods, starting with a psychology course “Emotional Little Masters” and training third-year students in emotional expression. It is hoped that through these guiding strategies, students can master the skills of emotional expression.
