粘胶基甲壳素/纳米银抗菌涤纶混纺成纱试验分析


随着甲壳素抗菌粘胶纤维应用的深入及应用领域的拓宽,相应的问题也越来越突出。为探讨纳米银抗菌涤纶和粘胶基甲壳素两种纤维的混纺成纱性能,对1.33 dtex和1.67dtex不同纤度的两种纤维以30/70、50/50、70/30三种不同的混纺比混纺成纱,介绍了其纺制加工工艺和提高成纱质量的技术措施,并分别对不同纤度和不同混纺比的成纱性能进行了测试与分析。通过比较,得到了混纺纱线拉伸性能优良的最佳混纺比和纤度配伍,以期对实际工业化生产提供参考依据。
本文主要进行了以下研究:
1.纤维原料形态研究。用生物显微镜观察1.33dtex,1.67dtex抗菌涤纶纤维及甲壳素纤维的纵横向形态。
2.纤维原料物理机械性能研究。采用全自动单丝测试仪、Y151型纤维摩擦系数测定仪、YG321型纤维比电阻仪测试普通涤纶纤维、抗菌涤纶纤维和甲壳素纤维各项物理机械性能指标,对比普通涤纶纤维与抗菌涤纶纤维试验结果的差异,分析差异产生的原因。
3.纺纱流程设计。选择合理科学的纺纱工艺流程,将1.33dtex的抗菌涤纶纤维与甲壳素纤维,1.67dtex的抗菌涤纶纤维与1.67dtex甲壳素纤维以三种不同的混纺比70/30,50/50,30/70 纺制出六个品种的纱线。
4.纱线性能分析。用电子单纱强力仪测试纱线的力学性能,分析实验结果,找出综合性能最好的品种。

Testing and Analysis of Yarn Properties with Viscose Chitin Blended Antibacterial Polyester

ABSTRACT
With antibacterial viscose chitin application deeply and application field, the corresponding problems of broaden is more and more outstanding. To explore the nanosize silver antibacterial polyester and viscose chitin the yankees two kinds of fibers blended yarn property of 1.33 1.67, dtex and minimize dtex different two fiber to 30/70, 50/50 and 70/80 three different than blended yarn blended, introduces its spinning process and improve the technical measures of the yarn quality, and separately for different; and the different blended yarn than was tested and analyzed. Through the comparison, got blended yarn good tensile properties than and minimize the best blended compatibility, in order to provide a reference basis for actual industrialized production.
this paper mainly for the following research:
1. Fiber materials morphology research. Use biological microscope, dtex 1.67 dtex 1.33 antibacterial polyester fiber and lateral form of chitin fibers.
2. The study of physical and mechanical properties of the fiber raw material. Using automatic monofilament tester, Y151 type fiber friction coefficient cryoscope, than YG321 type fiber resistance meter test normal polyester fibers, antibacterial polyester fiber and the physical and mechanical properties of chitin fibers, compared with the ordinary polyester fiber index with antibacterial polyester fibers test results of differences, analysis the causes of differences.
3. Spinning process design. Choice of reasonable scientific spinning process, will dtex antibacterial polyester fiber 1.33 chitin fibers, dtex 1.67 with antibacterial polyester fibers and dtex 1.67 chitin fibers blended with three different 30,50/50,30 than 70 / make six varieties / 70 spinning yarn.
4. Yarn performance analysis. Use electronic single-yarn strength meter test yarn mechanical properties, analyzing the results, find out comprehensive performance of the best breed.
