大豆蛋白混纺纱线的性能分析

本文主要介绍了大豆蛋白纤维/PTT纤维混纺纱线的基本性能。对大豆蛋白纤维与PTT两种纤维以不同混纺比混纺的纱线的基本性能进行了试验测试,其中纱线的混纺比为S/T 20/80、S/T 40/60、S/T 50/50、S/T 70/30、以及纯大豆蛋白纤维。所测试的性能有纱线的强伸性、耐磨性、毛羽等性能。最后得出断裂伸长率、断裂强度、拉伸曲线、初始模量、断裂功、摩擦系数、毛羽指数等曲线关系图。还对大豆蛋白纤维的强伸性能进行了测试。通过对大豆蛋白纤维/PTT纤维不同混纺比的纱线的基本性能进行比较,选用合适的混纺比,以使大豆蛋白混纺纱的性能达到最优。不断的反复试验测试分析,大豆蛋白纤维/PTT混纺纱的强度与混纺比之间的关系, 在总体趋势上,随着大豆蛋白纤维含量的增加, 强度逐渐下降,大豆蛋白/PTT的混纺比为20/80时,混纺纱线的性能最好;大豆蛋白纯纺时,纱线的综合性能较好。

The Analysis Of Performance Of Soybean Protein Blended Yarn


ABSTRACT
This paper introduces the basic performance of the soy protein / PTT blended yarn. I mainly study the basic properties of blended yarn with different blending ratio of soy protein and PTT fiber. Which blended yarn, there is a S / T 20/80 S / T 40/60, S / T 50 / 50 S / T 70/30, and pure soybean protein fiber. The performance to be tested has tensile properties, hairiness and friction performance. The index including tensile curves, the breaking strength and breaking elongation, merit, the initial modulus and hairiness index and friction coefficient.And I test the strength and elongation of soybean protein. The main objective is to compare the basic properties of the yarn with different blend ratio, according to different uses, to choose the best blend ratio. Through the analysis of experimental results, the relationship between the intensity of the blend ratio of soybean protein fiber / PTT blended in the overall trend, with the soybean protein fiber content increases, the intensity decreased gradually; blended yarn in the mechanical properties aspects of soy protein / PTT blend ratio of 20/80, the better the performance of the blended yarn; soy protein pure spin, the better performance of the yarn. Soybean protein/PTT than for 20/80 of blended, blended yarn performance is the best; Soybean protein pure spinning, the yarn comprehensive performance is better.
