圣麻/棉纤维混纺纱线的性能分析

本文介绍了圣麻纤维、棉纤维的性能。在不同混纺比条件下检测了混纺纱线的基本性能，其中纱线的混纺比为圣麻/棉20/80、圣麻/棉30/70、圣麻/棉 60/40、圣麻/棉70/30、圣麻/棉80/20纯圣麻纤维纱线。主要测试了纱线的毛羽、拉伸和摩擦等性能。得到的指标主要有摩擦系数、断裂功、断裂伸长率、断裂强度、初始模量、毛羽指数和拉伸曲线等。目的是研究不同的混纺比对纱线各种性能的影响，运用优化分析，找到一个使纱线各项性能都比较优良的混纺比。通过实验结果分析，综合各种因素，60%为最佳混纺比。

The Analysis Of Performance Of shengma/cotton Blended Yarn

ABSTRACT
This article describes the performance of the hemp fiber, cotton fiber. I mainly study the basic properties of blended yarn with different blending ratio of shengma and cotton fiber, such as s/c20/80,s/c30/70,s/c60/40,s/c/70/30,s/c80/20,and pure shengma fiber. The main tested are properties of yarn hairiness, tensile, and friction. The index including friction coefficient , merit , breaking elongation, breaking strength, initial modulus, hairiness index and tensile curves. The main purpose is to find the best blend ratio. Through the analysis of experimental results, we find the comprehensive performance is best when the blend ratio should be 60%.
