浅谈企业文化整合的利与弊——以西门子(中国)有限公司为例
随着经济全球化的发展,跨国企业成为主要的组织形式之一,而跨国企业在投资所在国常常要面对文化背景差异所带来的一些经营管理问题。企业文化整合指的是将企业中不同的企业文化进行整合从而重塑企业文化。企业文化整合通过重塑企业文化,使其产生对企业经营管理和战略发展的正面影响来有效的解决跨国企业在投资所在国所面的文化差异问题。本论文主要以西门子(中国)有限公司所进行的企业文化整合作为案例进行研究分析,并对一定数量的文献进行分析整理得到关于企业文化整合利弊的总结。

【Abstract】: With the development of economic globalization, multinational companies became one of the main forms of organization, while the multinationals in the host country of investment often have to the face of differences in cultural background, brought a number of management problems.Corporate culture integration is to integrate different corporate culture to reshape the corporate culture. Corporate culture integration to reshape the corporate culture, to produce a positive impact on business management and strategy development to effective solutions to multinational companies in the investment in the country face the problem of cultural differences. In this thesis, integration of Siemens (China) Limited, the corporate culture as a case study analysis, and a certain amount of literature on the analysis of sorting to get a summary on the pros and cons of integration of corporate culture.
