跨国公司的跨文化培训研究--以上海大众汽车有限公司为例
21世纪,全球化正以迅猛的速度发展,不同意识形态、不同发展程度的国家都不可避免地,在不同的时间,或被动或主动地卷入其中,而跨国公司成为了推动全球化进程的一大重要推动力量。20世纪80年代后期开始,以世界500强为代表的跨国公司的对外直接投资无论在规模、速度或者兴业上,都有了深刻的变化,在世界经济竞争中,跨国公司已经成为具有强大竞争的主体。而跨国公司的跨国经营造就了其公司文化呈现跨地区、跨国家、跨民族的特性,跨文化人力资源管理成为帮助跨国公司改善经营的主要途径,而跨文化培训是跨文化人力资源的重要组成部分,成功的跨文化培训可以有效地解决文化差异,减少文化冲突。
跨文化培训作为一个新兴的热点领域,开始受到越来越多的关注和肯定,本文通过回顾跨文化培训的发展,介绍跨文化培训的相关内容等并结合上海大众公司关于跨文化培训的实例对跨国公司跨文化培训进行研究,提出进一步加强培训效果的建议使跨文化培训利益最大化的建立,希望能为跨国公司进行跨文化培训提供一定的帮助。

Research on Intercultural Training of Multinational Company

【Abstract】Among the 21st century , globalization is developing at a rapid rate, The country which have different ideologies and different levels of development, inevitably, at different times, or passive or active, involved in it. Multinational companies promote a major driving force in the globalization process. Late in the 1980 of the 20th , as represented by the world's top 500, direct investment of multinational corporations have been profound changes in terms of size, speed, or on industrial. In the world economic competition, transnational corporations have become a powerful body of the competition. And transnational operations of transnational corporations has created its company culture characteristics of trans-regional and trans-national, trans-national, trans-culture human resources management as the main ways to help improve management of transnational corporations. Intercultural training is an important part of cross-cultural human resources. A successful cross-cultural training can be an effective solution to the cultural differences and reduce cultural conflict.
Intercultural training as a new hot area, was getting increasingly concern and certain. By reviewing the development of intercultural training, describing some related content of intercultural training and combining the intercultural training system of Shanghai Volkswagen Automotive Company ,I will research and make further recommendations to strengthen training effect in order to makes intercultural training can make largest benefits to the company, I hope this can help some multinational companies build their intercultural training system well.
