工作场所玩兴研究述评与展望
工作场所玩兴不只是带来乐趣，也有助于成规、放松身心与提高创新性。近几年，工作场所玩兴越来越受到国内外学者的广泛关注。本文主要通过文献回顾的方式来对国内外工作场所玩兴研究成果进行梳理，指出现有研究存在的不足之处，然后再整合以往与现有研究成果的基础上构建工作场所玩兴模型，并指出工作场所未来研究方向。

Review and Comments of Playfulness in the Workplace
【Abstract】Playfulness in the working place can not only bring some pleasure, but also help to set rules, relax and improve the novelty. In the recent years, playfulness in the working place attracts more and more widespread attention of the domestic and foreign scholars. The thesis mainly sorts out the research results of playfulness in the working place at home and abroad by review some literature. And it point out the limitations. Then it makes up a model of playfulness in working place based on the research results in the past and currently. And it finally indicates the direction of study of the working place in the future.
