大学辅导员胜任力特征模型构建—以华南地区Z大学为例


论文分析了辅导员胜任特征概念及相关理论进展,并基于胜任特征模型下的大学辅导员发展与研究作了分析。大学辅导员胜任特征是其履行工作职责的关键要素。基于辅导员工作岗位职责和大学组织环境特征, 大学辅导员胜任特征在知识、技能、社会角色、动机和特质五个方面都有 特殊的要求。根据职责——素质匹配的研究思路和大学辅导员的调查发现, 高校辅导员胜任特征包括个性特征、自我调节能力、解决问题的能力、沟通表达能力、思想政治素质以及职业态度和品质六项。

The experimental research on the structure model of college assistant competence
 【Abstract】: Job competence is a key factor for college assistant to perform their job task. Based their job task and the characteristic of college circumstance, there are special requirements to college assistant on job competence including knowledge, skill, social role, motivation and trait. By research rote of f nction2trait and the investigation of their implicit review, the result were fond that job competences of college assistant included six factors: Work attitude and quality;Professional knowledge, Ability to communicate and correspond; Self regulation; Problem solving ability and extraversion.
