劳务派遣员工的组织认同感与工作绩效关系的实证研究

【内容摘要】

劳务派遣员工的组织认同感与工作绩效关系的实证研究劳务派遣式的用工方式能够有效的减少人力成本、简化人事管理和避免劳动纠纷,但用工方式的不同却导致劳务派遣工与正式员工在身份上存在明显差异,影响了劳务派遣工对组织的归属感与认同感,降低了他们的工作热情和积极性。本文在学者们已得的理论基础上深入探讨组织认同感、责任感和工作绩效之间的关系,并通过对部分劳务派遣工进行问卷调查,利用一定的理论模型和研究假设,认为组织认同和责任感以及工作绩效呈正相关关系,并且责任感在组织认同感和工作绩效之间起着中介作用。

【Abstract】Labor dispatch type employment mode can effectively reduce the manpower cost, simplify personnel management, avoid labor disputes, but the different way of employment has led to the dispatched workers and staff in the identity has the obvious difference, different identity of employees in the bonus, salary and welfare are not little difference, and seriously influence of the dispatched workers on organizational perception and judgment, and affect their work performance, also affected the dispatched workers on the organization of the sense of belonging and identification, reducing their working enthusiasm, reduces their job performance. Therefore, in order to improve the labor dispatch employees' job performance, enterprises need to pay close attention to the subjective feelings of the staff and organizational identification, in order to adapt to the continuous development of the organization, the scholars have based on the theory of organizational identity, sense of responsibility and work performance, and through the part of dispatched workers conducted a questionnaire survey and the depth interview, using a theoretical model and research hypothesis, that organizational identification and the sense of responsibility and work performance are positively related, and sense of responsibility in the organizational identification and job performance played an intermediary role between, and the use of some statistical methods to verify this hypothesis, the results of this research to put forward the feasible proposal.
