欧盟动物福利壁垒对我国畜类产品出口的影响及对策
随着社会的发展进步和人们道德水平的提高，动物的福利问题已经成为人们关注和讨论的焦点。作为一种融技术壁垒与道德壁垒为一体的新兴复合型非关税壁垒，欧盟动物福利壁垒使我国的畜类产品出口受到了很大的限制，不仅加剧了国际贸易的摩擦和纠纷，恶化了贸易条件，同时也使我国畜类产品的出口企业增加了贸易成本，降低了竞争优势。为此，本文从当前我国畜类产品遭遇欧盟动物福利壁垒的现状入手，分析欧盟动物壁垒对我国畜类产品出口贸易造成的不同方面的影响，从而提出切合实际的对策，这对改善我国动物福利现状，采取措施突破动物福利壁垒，促进畜类产品的出口贸易发展具有现实的意义。

The Influence of EU Animal Welfare Barrier on China’s Exports of Livestock Products
【Abstract】With the social development and progress as well as the improvement of people’s moral level, animal welfare issue has become the focus of public attention and discussion. As a new type of compound non-tax barrier, combining technological and moral barrier, EU animal welfare barrier poses a lot of restrictions to Chinese livestock products’ export. It not only triggers many conflicts and disputes of international trade, but aggravates the trading conditions. Meanwhile, it increases the trading cost and lowers the competitive edge of the livestock cooperation. Therefore, the following essay illustrates the current situation of the livestock products that suffer from EU animal welfare barrier, and by analyzing the different effects caused by EU animal welfare barrier, it helps to afford some feasible solutions to the present situation of animal welfare in China. In addition, it is also significant to take some effective measures to break though the barrier and facilitate the exporting development of livestock products.
