随着我国经济的快速发展,人力资源市场及制度的不断开放和改革,酒店业这个最早与国际接轨的开放式行业,因居高不下的员工离职率而倍受困扰。我国酒店业发展越来越快,从而竞争愈来愈大。假日经济型酒店遍布于深圳各个角落,以其价格相对较低为主要的竞争力,因为成本相对较低,所以一线员工的待遇相对于高星级酒店就相对落后,也就使得假日经济型酒店的对一线员工的离职更难把控。
员工自愿离职给酒店业正常经营带来影响,不利于酒店业整体的发展。为了研究酒店在员工离职倾向上存在的问题,本研究将以经济型商务酒店员工为调查对象,探讨离职意愿的相关原因。通过调查后分析,此研究,主要探讨酒店员工的工作满意度及组织承诺与酒店员工离职意向之间的关系,并深入分析这两个变量如何影响离职意向,并建立相关模型。本文将假设三个关系:工作满意度与离职意向关系;组织承诺与离职意向关系;工作满意度与组织承诺关系。研究表明工作满意度和组织承诺都与员工离职意向呈负相关,工作满意度与组织承诺呈正相关。

【Abstract】
With rapidly developing of our economy, opening up and reforming the human resources market and the system , the hotel industry as the earliest international standards and open industry, face to the high rate of employee turnover. Development of China's hotel industry are more and more quickly, thus the competition is bigger and bigger. With its relatively low price as the main competition, Holiday Hotels are throughout every corner of Shenzhen. Because the cost is relatively low,  the staff treatment relating to high Stars Hotel is relatively backward, which makes frontline employees of holiday Hotels  turnover is more difficult to control.

Employees voluntarily turnover impact the normal operation of hotel industry, which is conducive to the overall development of the hotel industry . In order to studying the hotel employee turnover problem , this research will be the holiday Hotel staff as the research object, discusses the reasons of turnover intention . Through the investigation and analysis, this research, mainly discusses the hotel employees' job satisfaction and organizational commitment and the relationship between the hotel employee turnover intention, and in-depth analysis of these two variables how to affect the turnover intention, and the establishment of model. This article will assume three relations: job satisfaction and turnover intention; organizational commitment and turnover intention; job satisfaction and organizational commitment relationship. This study shows that job satisfaction and organizational commitment and turnover intention was negatively related to job satisfaction,  and organizational commitment was positively related to.
