线性规划在企业生产计划中的应用——以xx精密五金有限公司为例
企业在运作的过程当中，不免需要考虑其生产成本。而理论和算法均已成熟的线性规划模型，恰好能够为管理层提供相应解决方案。本文以深圳宝瑞丰精密五金有限公司为例，针对该企业的车间日生产计划编排问题，将实际情况简化成线性规划模型，利用EXCEL电子表格求得最优解，以获得车间一周内各班次最佳的生产计划，进而使公司的总生产成本最低。此外，若在产能允许的状态下，让设备在不同班次拥有适量的维护时间，以提高生产设备的精确度和延长设备的使用寿命。

Application of Linear Programming in the Enterprise Production Plan
【Abstract】In the operation process of a company, the managers need to consider the cost of production. With the theory and algorithms of linear programming model have developed, the tool can provide the management with the appropriate solutions easily. And this paper describes Shenzhen BRF Metal Co. Ltd's situation. Focus on the problem of daily production planning in its workshop, and then simplify the actual situation into a linear programming model. Therefore we will get the optimal solution via EXCEL, which can get a logical production planning, and enable the company to lowest the total cost of production. In addition, it will satisfy the maintenance requirements, which can improve equipments’ precision, and extend the service life of equipments.
