企业管理中员工精神激励探讨


激励一直被认为是管理的核心问题。目前企业管理者用得更多的是物质激励,在对员工的精神激励方面还有所欠缺。许多企业都面临着一个用人的难题:即使提高薪酬福利待遇,还是招不到员工,还是留不住人才。现实告诉我们,员工需要的不只是物质。结合这种高薪水仍然招不到员工的现实情况,本文提出了针对员工精神激励的研究课题。工资上涨等物质激励政策已经收效甚微,如何才能留住员工,如何才能吸引新的人才,如何提高员工的忠诚度和工作效率?解决这些问题的关键是要做好对员工的精神激励。本文运用文献研究等方法,试图对精神激励的内涵、用途、原则和必要性进行探讨,结合激励的经典理论,深入分析企业在精神激励上的现状和存在的问题,并提出相应的方法和对策。

Research of Employee’s Spiritual Motivation in Business Management
 

【Abstract】
The motivation has been considered to be the core issue of the management. Nowadays, the material motivation is used more by the enterprise managers, while the incentive to the spirit of employee is deficient. Many companies are faced whit an employing problem: even with improved pay and benefits, or unable to recruit employees, or unable to retain talents. Reality tells us that employees need more than material. Combined with the reality that such high salaries still unable to recruit staff, this paper presents a research topic for employee`s spiritual motivation. Higher wages and other material motivation policies have had little effect, then how to retain employees, how to attract new talents, and how to improve employee`s loyalty and efficiency? The key to these problems is to make the employee`s spiritual motivation. The paper use literature research method and try to explore the connotation, the principle and the necessity of spiritual motivation. Combining with the classical theory of motivation, this paper will analyze the current situation and existing problems of the enterprises in-depth, and propose corresponding methods and countermeasures.
