我国企业应用ISO9000族标准中存在的问题与对策研究
ISO9000族标准规范了各国质量管理并使之有序化，受到各国质量管理者的认同并得到采纳和使用。我国企业也积极采用了该系列标准，以质量管理体系认证的方式，推动产品提供组织保证和持续改进产品质量，更大程度地满足顾客的要求，但是在应用过程中存在着一些问题。本文的主要内容是从企业本身，认证机构还有政府这三个方面研究我国企业在应用ISO9000族标准中存在的问题、问题原因分析及提出相应的对策。企业应该具体问题具体分析，在充分了解自身情况的基础上运用ISO9000族标准认证。本文所提出的对策有助于企业更好的了解自己并正确地运用ISO9000族标准，让ISO9000族标准更好地服务企业，为企业带来更好的经济效益，帮助企业做强做大，在激烈的市场竞争中立于不败之地。

The Problem and Measures of Enterprises’ Application of ISO9000 Standards in China
【Abstract】As ISO9000 Standards makes quality management of all countries standardized and ordered, it is recognized and used by all countries’ quality manager . The enterprises in our country also actively use the series of ISO9000 Standards, in order to promote the products to provide organizational guarantee, improve the products’ quality continuously and more to meet the customers’ requirements in the way of quality management system certification. However, there are some problems in practice. The main content of this article is to research the problems of China's enterprises in the application of ISO9000 Standard, analysis the causes of the problems and put forward the corresponding countermeasures from the enterprise itself, authentication mechanism and the government. Enterprises should analyze specific issues and use ISO9000 Standard certification basing on the full understanding of their own. The measures of this paper can help enterprises better understand themselves and use ISO9000 Standards correctly. In this way, ISO9000 Standards can serve the enterprises better, bring better economic benefits to the enterprises, help enterprises grow stronger and make enterprises invincible in the intense market competition.
