中国平安保险（集团）股份有限公司战略分析

本论文运用文献分析和实地调研方法，通过PEST、对比分析、波特的五种竞争力等分析工具分析了中国综合金融行业的发展趋势和中国平安集团在激烈的综合金融竞争中的位置，同时运用了图表分析和SWOT分析方法提出了公司需要加强原有的战略发展措施。根据以上的分析得出目前公司应该完善和加强“构建以保险、银行、投资为支柱的业务体系”的多元化发展战略，促进公司综合金融业务的发展。为此，本文制定了一些相应的策略来完善和加强企业进一步打造综合金融经营的全方位服务平台。具体的战略调整是多元化和差异化齐头并进相结合的战略

Strategic Analysis of Ping An Insurance (Group) Company of China, Ltd
 
【Abstract】This paper uses a literature analysis and field research methods, PEST, comparative analysis, Porter's five competitive forces and other analysis tools to analyze the development trend of China's financial industry, and Ping An Group's position in the fierce financial competition. At the same time, the author uses the chart and SWOT to analysis and post some measures which can strengthen the development strategy. According to the analysis above, the company should improve and strengthen the diversified development strategy which construct with insurance, banking, investment as the pillar of the business system to promote the development of integrated financial services. Therefore, this paper established some corresponding strategies to improve and strengthen the enterprise financial management of creating a comprehensive further service platform. Specific strategic adjustment is diversity and difference has gone hand in hand with the combination of strategy.
