论西周礼与刑的关系
礼与刑是中国古代社会的两种主要社会规范,在西周时期，“礼”的性质逐渐明确，礼与刑的关系也有了新的发展，“礼”对于治理国家方面的作用也越来越大了。本文从礼刑融合发展的角度分析了礼与刑的产生发展、礼与刑的关系、礼与刑在西周法律制度中的地位和作用、礼与刑的融合发展及其对后世的影响。礼刑结合对中国传统法律文化的影响深远，认为研究西周礼与刑的关系对于我们了解西周法律、古为今用有重要意义。

The Relationship With Rites and Criminal Law
Abstract: Rites and criminal law were the principal standards of society in Chinese ancient history. In the western zhou dynasty, the nature of the ritual is gradually clear, the relationship of them have new development. the ritual have more impact on the country。This sentence from the ceremony convergence point of view of the ceremony and the punishment of the birth and development, the relationship between ritual and punishment, ritual and criminal legal system in the Western Zhou Dynasty's status and role of ritual and the integration of punishment and its impact on future generations develop。Clear the the properties of the ritual of western zhoudynasty,the effect of the rituai and the relationship of the rites and criminal law, it have a important affect for us to study the law of the Western ZhouDynasty。
