中国古代婚姻制度的演变与现代意义

婚姻是男女双方的结合，婚姻制度也就随着社会的发展而发展，其演变的过程也就是人类发展的过程。在中国长达两千多年的封建社会中，婚姻制度的发展具有多样性，形成了很多具有自己朝代独特风格的制度，这些制度对如今的社会影响深远。笔者撷取中国古代和现代婚姻制度作为研究对象，阐述了古代婚姻制度的内容，探讨古代婚姻制度对现代的影响和意义，指出了现如今婚姻制度的缺陷并提出了完善的办法。

The evolution of ancient Chinese marriage system and the modern sense

     Abstract:  Marriage is the combination of both men and women, the marriage system develop along with society's development, the process of marriage evolution is also the human development process. In China’s feudal society which is about 2000 years long, the development of marriage system was of diversity and formed a lot of its own dynasties’ unique style, these systems have a far-reaching influence on today's society .The author rip Chinese ancient and modern marriage system as the research object, clarifies the contents of ancient marriage system, discusses the influence and significance of ancient marriage system, pointed out the defects of today’s marriage system and puts forward several suggestions on improving methods.
