物联网技术下自助图书馆个性化服务及其体系研究与发展探索——以深圳24小时城市街区图书馆为例
个性化是图书馆用户服务的重要主题，物联网技术与自助图书馆的发展有效促进了读者个性化服务程度的提高。本文以深圳24小时城市街区自助图书馆为例，通关分析物联网对自助图书馆个性化服务的促进作用，进而探讨物联网条件下以用户接入层，物流系统层，数据分析层为要素的自助图书馆的个性服务体系与特点。在所建立的体系范围内，提出自助图书馆个性化建设相关存在问题及提出解决措施。

Abstract
Personalized service is one of the important topics of library service research. The development of Internet of things technology and self-service library, which promote personalized service for reader. The paper expounds the benefits of technology for personalized service of self-service library based on the 24 hours self-service library in Shenzhen and discussing the personalized service system which have three factors of users, logistics system and data analysis in the condition of Internet of things technology. At last, the paper is putting forward some effective solutions.
