xx大学在校生的图书馆焦虑调查研究

本文采用图书馆焦虑量表及跟踪调查的方法研究华南师范大学大学城学生的图书馆焦虑状况。结果表明:华师大学生总体处于轻度焦虑状态,其中测试的八个维度中,外文能力和图书馆资源的焦虑程度最高,分值分别达到3.45和3.27。华师大学生的焦虑程度与性别有一定相关性,与年级、专业及文献检索课选修状况的关系不大。焦虑的程度不仅受学生的信息素养、情绪、个人特质及对图书馆的第一印象影响,还受图书馆的规模及资源、馆藏布局、规章制度以及图书馆员的服务态度影响。

ABSTRACT

The library anxiety in undergraduates of SCNU was studied by using Library Anxiety Scale and follow-up survey. The research show that, in general , there is a mid-degree library anxiety among the undergraduates of SCNU. In the eight dimensions of the test, the highest ones become foreign language ability and the anxiety level of the library resources, winning scores of 3.45 and 3.27. The anxiety levels have some correlation with gender, but little to do with grades, specialties and Document Retrieval Course elective status. Degree of library anxiety impact by not only students’ information literacy, emotion, personal qualities and first impression of the library, but also by the size and resources of the library, the collection layout, rules and regulations, as well as the attitude of librarians.
