我国民营企业跨国经营分析及对策

With the further development of economic globalization, the private enterprises have carried out multinational operations to adapt themselves to the new environment. Series of measures, taken by private enterprises in multinational operation, have made significant impacts on enterprises themselves and the development of national economy. With the economic development, scientific and technological progress of the world, many enterprises have developed to be strengthened continuously. Besides, the private enterprises are becoming the core and leaders of economic development in almost every country in the world. In 2001, China has become a member of WTO. Under this background, study of the relationship between multinational operation and economic globalization will have significant importance in accelerating the cross-country operation concept of private enterprises. Meanwhile, it also can be helpful to strengthen the competitiveness of private companies and makes a further understanding of the role that multinational operations plays in international economic competition.

摘要：随着经济全球化的加深，民营企业也不得不进行跨国经营。民营企业进行跨国经营所采取的一系列行为对于企业本身和本国经济的发展都有重大的影响。随着世界经济发展和科学技术的进步，各国的企业不断发展和壮大，成为各国及至世界经济发展的核心和主导。在我国已经入世的国际背景下，深入研究跨国经营与经济全球化的关系，认识跨国经营在国际经济竞争中的作用，对于加快培育我国民营企业跨国经营理念，提升民营企业的国竞争力，有着重要的现实意义。
