从中英文化的角度论其饮食差异

中英饮食文化是中国与英语国家跨文化交流的重要组成部分，是理解中英食品产业发展的关键因素。由于历史，地理，个人价值等因素的影响，中国与英语国家在饮食的多个方面存在明显差异。此前较少学者对以著名品牌为代表的食品产业有所探究。针对出现的现象，通过访查，查阅资料方法，对中英饮食餐具差异，中英饮食内容差异，中英饮食礼仪差异进行了比较,旨在通过对饮食文化差异的多方面比较，更好的理解中英文化，进而既能够促使语言学习者之间的交流，又推动中英食品产业在国际领域的合作与发展。

A Study on Dietetic Difference from the Perspective of English and Chinese Culture
 
Abstract: Chinese and English dietetic culture is an important part of inter-culture exchange between China and the English countries and is a key factor for understanding the food industry between China and the English countries. Due to influence of factors such as history, geography, individual value, there are many apparent differences in many aspects of diet between China and the English countries. Few learners do some research about food industry represented by famous brand before. To deal with the appeared phenomena, some methods are used like investigation, reference to books. Many aspects between China and the English countries are compared including dietetic tableware, dietetic contents and dietetic manner. The aim is that people can understand both China and the English countries’ culture better by comparing many aspects of dietetic differences. Moreover, it can not only promote exchange among the language learners, but also propel the cooperation and development of food industry between China and the English countries in international field.
